someone says that we should not come up with legislation that does drives skilled white people to leave sa.i say get them white people to transfer those skills cos at the momnet what is happening is that u got all this whites with "special skills" and they don't want to share it.the company where i work is exactly like that.they refuse to do a skills transfer program i'm not worried though cos i'm studying by the time they realise how much time and money they have spend on me i will be gone.

i don't think white people should be treated special cos they have a certain skills,what we should do is come up with a way of getting our people to acquire those skills.do not window dress like the company i work for.cos in my opinion this people are jokes.all they do is petronise u and tell u how important u are to them.i just take that with a pinch of salt,if i am why in the hell am i not seeing that in my bank account.and most of all in projects,why is it that projects i work on have to be approved by some white oke and all the other juniors's projects are not.
