this nigga done smoke somethin cos there is no way that the crime level in sa has gone down and yet this nigga gonna tel us that the stats say it has gone down.what the hell is this guy on cos what ever he be smoking is not good.
crime in this country is at an unacceptable level whether u have experienced it or not.so for this nigga to come on national tv and tell us it's low he must have been drunk or something.
