During a panel dicussion at the recent WEF Ms Maria Ramos-Manuel said
'if we are capable of building schools and clinics,the only thing that
stops us is our own inability to move beyond the theory,into
implementation. We do not need another plan,we do not need another
review. Whether u r in a private organisation or public
organisation,when delivery doesn't happen,u have to fire somebody or u
urself resign. It's as simple as that.'

People must be held accountable and those who steal from the
government must be named,shamed and fired. Senior procurement people
or people responsible for procurement shud all be placed under a
microscope n a new format must be implemented cos if we continue on
this path we gonna be in the worst position than we are in now.

At the WEF dinner said atleast 26billion people will be watchin the
2010 soccer world cup on TV,even if ur 18plus had their own 18plus
kids the earth population will not even come close to the number u
dreamt up,it is estimated there are less than 7billion . Some1 please
get this guy a new speech writer n also school him on the basics.

The new agency called National Youth Development agency was launched
with great fanfare in Erkhuruleni but the whole event was shadowed by
the fact the former CEO Umsombovu 'lisp kekana' is the interim CEO now
how the fcuk is that progress,this asshole n his dead agency where
useless except to a select few like Mahoota. 'Lisp' n his whole crew
of non prefomers must go,voetsek...........
