SOUTH AFRICA IS A NICE PLACE BUT THERE IS A LOT OF THINGS THAT WILL LAVE U WONDERING AND BAFFLED WHY WE REALLY HAD TO GOT THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH TO GET TO WHERE WE ARE. WE HAVEN’T REALLY MOVED MOVED IF U THINK ABOUT IT. SOME OF THIS THINGS WILL EVEN MAKE U WONDER IF IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. I CALL THEM THINGS THAT MAKE U GO HUH

- WHY IS IT THAT WHITE PEOPLE IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT IN THIS COUNTRY DON’T THINK THAT BLACK EMPLOYEES DON’T HAVE ANY VALUE TO ADD TO THEIR ORGANIZATIONS. I THINK WORK FOR 1 OF THIS SO CALLED BEE COMPANIES AND I TELL YOU THE CRAP THAT WE HAVE TAKE FORM OUR MANAGEMENT WILL LEAVE U GASPING FOR AIR. FOR A BLACK COMPANY THE ABSENCE OF BLACK OPERATIONAL MANAGERS IS BAFFLING, ARE THEY REALLY SAYING THAT THERE IS NO CAPABLE BLACK PERSON. ALL THE APPOINTMENTS MADE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS 1 OF THEIR FRIENDS WHO HAPPENS TO BE WHITE, SURELY AS THE HOLDINGS COMPANY I SHOULD BE WORRIED ABOUT HOW THIS COMES ACROSS BUT NOT THIS HOLDINGS COMPANY. THEY DON’T CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET PAID THEIR MONEY WHAT HAPPENS OPERATIONALLY DOES NOT MATTER

- NO BLACK PERSON IN THIS COMPANY HOLDS OR OWNS ANY SHARES ONLY WHITE PEOPLE DO. THERE IS MORE WHITE PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY AND THEY GET MORE OPPORTUNITIES IN THIS COMPANY THAN ANY1 ELSE. BLACKS ARE JUST COMING ALONG FOR THE RIDE. IT’S TRUE THIS COUNTRY WILL NEVER CHANGE WE WILL ALWAYS BE INFERIOR TO OTHERS BECAUSE WE ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT IT.

- SKILLS TRANSFER PROGRAMS AND GENERAL EQUIPMENT UPGRADES ONLY COVER WHITE PEOPLE, BLACK PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY NEVER GET AN UPGRADE THEY ALWAYS INHERIT THE WHITE PEOPLE’S MACHINES WHEN THEY GET NEW ONES. WHITE PEOPLE ARE THE ONLY ONES CONSIDERED SMART ENOUGH TO GET ANY KIND OF NEW SKILLS AND SUPPORT TO ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS IN A WHOLE LOT OF DIRECTIONS WHILE BLACKS STAY IN THE SAME POSITIONS AND EARN ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY. SURELY THE HOLDINGS COMPANY IS WORRIED ……..GUESS WHAT THEY WOULDN’T BE BOTHERED. I BET U THE NEXT PERSON TO BE ELECTED ON THE BOARD OF THIS COMPANY IS A WHITE WOMAN COS THE ILLUSION IS “SHE HAS ACQUIRED A SKILL THEY CAN’T LET GO. HOW CAN U EXPECT ANY BLACK PEOPLE TO ADVANCE WHILE THEY ARE IGNORED AND TOLD THAT THEY ARE HERE BECAUSE THE POWERS THAT BE SAID SO. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

- IT IS HARD TO BE BLACK IN THIS COUNTRY AND ACTUALLY MAKE IT, IT IS EVEN HARDER TO BE BLACK IN A BLACK COMPANY TRYING TO PROVE YOURSELF TO WHITE PEOPLE WHO WILL ULTIMATELY BE THE DECIDING FACTOR. U CAN HAVE THE BEST SKILLS AND EDUCATION IN THE WORLD BUT IF THE DECISION OF WHETHER U MAKE IT OR NOT LIES IN THE HANDS OF A WHITE RACIST HOMOPHOBIC PRETENTIOUS BUNCH U HAVE NO CHANCE IN HELL. I WORK FOR A WHITE COMPANY DISGUISED AS WHITE I KNOW THIS SHIT. THEY PRETEND TO THEIR HOLDINGS COMPANY AND THEIR HOLDINGS COMPANY IS BLINDED BY MONEY ,WHILE ON THE OTHER HAND THEY ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ADVANCE.

- THEIR LIES AND DECEIT WILL CATCH UP AND WHEN IT DOES I SHALL BE THERE TO REMIND THEM. THEY SAY 1 THING AND DO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT THING. I REALLY DON’T WANT A SHINY NEW LAPTOP OR A PLACE ON THE BOARD I JUST WANT BE GIVEN A FAIR CHANCE TO LEARN NEW THINGS AND BE SUPPORTED TO ADVANCE IN MY CAREER AS IF I WAS WHITE TOO. I CAN’T MAKE EXCUSES FOR BEING ME ALL I WANT IS A CHANCE AND IT’S ALL I EVER WANTED.
