couple of things that i'm gonna be on the look out for in 2007

1.
well i for 1 is hoping that hellkom will come to their senses and stop being so greedy and please give better adsl rates.maybe the ict sector will get a much needed boost and growth of the economy,and we will see more of us online.less conflict in the world.

2.
the bitchin and the moaning of all the president wannabees is getting of hand and i for 1 wishes it will all just go away and we can get back to the bizness of being.most of all could every1 who wants to run to become the pres please just raise your hands and stop being all secretive about it.we are goin to find out sooner or later.jz loosing his bid to b the next pres.

3.
can whoever owns sterkinekor please stop buying only movies that are targeted at white people the whole damn nation is turning into a bunch of white people,wassup with that.for example "the diary of a mad black woman" came to our shores late 2006,that is a couple of decades later than when it was released.

4.
more eskom black-outs that is a given.we obviously haven't learned anything in the past given that it has already started.this 1 is a head cracker.

5.
maybe if we are lucky we can hope and pray for more rate cuts from the reserve bank(note to self: stop dreaming).cheaper telkom call rates seeing that neotel is here and is just a little to slow to get off the ground.

6.
ps3 being waiting for this for a while now but we hoping it will happen just before this year ends and it will probably come in at the price of a new bmw.wii is the ps3 killer and besides nintendo has been in this game console thing for sometime.zune could be the latest taking a jab at ipod but is it enough to make a dent.with the hold that bill has got on the world it might,there are people who actually like bill's programs although they got issues.personally i wouldn't hold my breath

7.
the scraping of b.e.e quotas and codes just so ordinary people can also have a go at it.whether they got political connections or not.not that it will change but hey what the hell "hope is a good thing"

8.
cosmos winning the league and beating chiefs again.our million dollar coach winning and turning the national squad into winners.the "mdc" could be the truth but don't hold your breath.stadia building has started but that is their word against ours,i haven't seen shit.more road closure due to gautrain and more stikes.

the other things:

-sabc 1 revamp,not that there is anything to look forward to here but again we live in hope.such a yawn

-pirates's improvement and the national squad growing some teeth and starts biting back.

- less reality tv on tv and less re-runs.if u gonna do re-runs be considerate

- good albums form this year, 2006 had stry shorts.the return of horace brown

- less 50cent on the radio and bring back the fugees,erica,me'shel,qtip,tcq,common

- finding a way out of this place

- less biggy duets albums and more good music.
